ff_exchange | 2012 Chocobo Races -- Summary, Winners, and Coming Events

Well, folks, the 2012 round of DOINK! Chocobo Races has come to a very successful end! We've come together to create fanworks for 7 months straight; we've posted 32 works into the 2012 Chocobo Down AO3 collection and tallied up 607 comments on the 2013 Kissing Battle -- congratulations to every team member who has contributed and every fan who has been following. This has been a wildly enjoyable year!

And now, for those of you interested in the racing posting of the Chocobo Races, here are some results for you...

2013 Kissing Battle Winner: Team Ramuh

Team Ramuh managed to sweep the Kissing Battle, putting up 175 points in just that month! (Team Ifrit pulled out 155 points, and Team Shiva claimed 25.) Congratulations to Team Ramuh for their dedication to kissing!

2012 Chocobo Races Overall Winner: Team Ifrit

Congratulations, Team Ifrit! Although they didn't win the Kissing Battle, Team Ifrit did manage to earn enough points to stay ahead of Team Ramuh -- and Ifrit won in the end by only 5 points. Awesome job, guys! Enjoy that victory theme -- Ifrit will be featured on one of the DOINK! Final Fantasy Exchange banners for the upcoming round, as well as on banners for next year's Chocobo Races.

Team Shiva was silent for most of the year, but they did manage to show up to the Kissing Battle and toss out some love, so: thanks for sticking with it, Shiva!
