I'd like to see a story addressing gender roles/norms in Ivalice--in FF Tactics, in particular. It's a medieval society, and we see arranged marriages between nobility, but all of the armies are pretty balanced in gender, and there's no shortage of ladies knights/thieves/ninjas/etc.

Can you fill in more about Ivalice's gender roles? What shaped their society? Or what are a particular character's (lead or otherwise) thoughts or experience?
