Welcome to the 2013 Chocobo Races! Earlier this year in rousing final boss battle, Team Ifrit roared to victory by a slim margin of only five points! Will we see Team Ifrit charge to victory once more, or will new team captains and new team alliances lead Team Shiva or Team Ramuh to usurp Team Ifrit's place in the pantheon of Chocobo Races champions? Only time will tell. Let the races begin!

How will the scoring go?

• Any work will receive 10 points. Because various forms of various media have various 'standards', there will be no strict quality standards this month. We just ask that you make your work equivalent to ~500 words of fanfic — whatever you consider that benchmark to be.
• Remember that you have to be signed up for a team before you post your work in order to get points!
